PlanetVPN Keeps Disconnecting While Playing Roblox and Interrupts Games
I use the free version of the PlanetVPN application on my Windows computer to connect to Roblox. However, since this morning, the VPN connection has been constantly disconnecting while I am playing, making it impossible for me to continue my games. Because the connection repeatedly drops, my games are constantly interrupted and I cannot play properly.
To make sure the problem was not caused by my computer, I restarted it, but the disconnections continued without any improvement. I am not using a paid subscription and have not made any payment or purchase. I am using PlanetVPN exclusively through the free version.
Even though I am using the free version of PlanetVPN, I expect the connection to remain reasonably stable while playing games instead of disconnecting so frequently. I request that PlanetVPN investigate the cause of these repeated disconnections, provide an explanation regarding the issue, and resolve the problem so that the free service can provide a more stable and uninterrupted connection.
