Planet VPN Windows Free Version Caused Account Hacking

I installed and used the free version of Planet VPN on my Windows laptop, and shortly after that I experienced serious security problems with my online accounts. After using Planet VPN for about one day, my Microsoft account was taken over: the password was changed and the recovery email address was also changed without my permission. In addition, my Roblox account was accessed, the person went into the game “Adopt Me” and then the password of that account was changed again, so I lost access there as well. I am certain that these issues started right after I used Planet VPN, and before that I did not have such problems with these accounts. I contacted both Microsoft and Roblox support to recover my accounts, but so far I have not received any effective help and my issue remains unresolved. Based on my own experience, I want to strongly warn other users: Do not use Planet VPN under any circumstances. in my opinion, Planet VPN engages in mining and charges you for it, and can even lead to your most valuable accounts being stolen. I request that this situation be urgently investigated, that any possible data or security breach related to Planet VPN be identified, and that information be provided to me about how my accounts could have been compromised right after using your service. I also expect support in recovering access to my accounts and in ensuring that my data is not misused any further.
