PlanetVPN Causes Extremely High Ping of Up to 4,300 ms on Roblox

Since I started using the PlanetVPN application for free on my computer, I have been experiencing extremely high ping when connecting to Roblox. The application automatically selects a server at random, and when I connect through these servers, my ping usually ranges between 1,000 ms and 4,000 ms, sometimes reaching as high as 4,300 ms. Because of this extreme latency, Roblox is almost impossible to play.

I only use PlanetVPN to connect to Roblox, yet the connection quality is completely unacceptable. In its current state, the application does not serve its intended purpose and severely damages the gaming experience.

I request that PlanetVPN technically investigate this issue, identify the cause of the extremely high ping, and resolve the problem. The service should provide a stable enough connection to allow users to play online games such as Roblox without severe latency issues. I also request that the ping values shown in my screenshot be reviewed as part of the investigation.
