I Face Constant Connection Drops and Slow Speeds on Planet VPN

I have used many VPN apps before, but Planet VPN has been the most problematic one I’ve ever tried. From the moment I installed it, I noticed suspicious behavior that made me question whether it is even safe. The app often feels like it might be running background mining processes, which slow down my phone while the VPN is active.

When I try to use it for normal browsing or streaming, the connection frequently drops without warning and the speeds are extremely slow and unstable. Instead of providing the secure and fast experience it advertises, the app makes using the internet frustrating. On top of that, the service has a very limited free trial, and then aggressively pushes for payment, which feels unfair given how poorly it performs.

I am requesting Planet VPN to fix these technical issues immediately, provide clarity about potential hidden processes, and ensure users are not charged for a service that fails to deliver basic VPN functionality. If this is not resolved, I cannot continue recommending or using this app.
