BGMI Account Permanently Banned Without Using Cheats or Hacks

I am writing about my BGMI account, which has been permanently banned despite me not violating the rules. The ban notice in the game shows my user ID as 5193021996 and a ban end date of 24/07/2036. The only unusual situation before the ban was that my friend logged into my account on his own phone; the next day my account was banned. I have not used any cheats, hacks or third‑party software. I have spent around 10,000 rupees on this account and now I cannot access the content and purchases I paid for, which is causing me financial and emotional loss. I believe this ban is unfair and may have been triggered by a misunderstanding or a security issue related to logging in from another device. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, the ban be removed, and my access to my BGMI account be fully restored as soon as possible.
