I use the free version of Proton VPN on the Windows operating system. Ever since upgrading to the new version, my connection has become extremely slow, and when I connect to the VPN, it becomes very difficult for me to use the internet. Even though I’ve tried different servers, I experience slow speeds and delayed connections on all of them. Because of this, it’s impossible to play online games or browse the internet comfortably.
There is no issue with my internet connection or my computer; I have determined that the problem is solely with the VPN service. Although I contacted the support team, no solution has been provided so far. I expect the slowdown that started after the new update to be fixed and for the VPN service to run faster and more reliably.
