I purchased a one-month Premium VPN plan from Planet VPN for $10, hoping to use it for work. However, after testing the service, I was immediately disappointed. On the Turkey server, my ping was consistently between 190–210 ms, while my normal internet ping is never higher than 10 ms. For me, this performance makes the product completely unusable.
The next day, I contacted Planet VPN support to request a refund. They asked for my reason, and I clearly explained that the service does not justify the price and fails to provide the promised quality. Their response was an apology with the vague claim that “we are working on improvements and will fix it soon.” I explained again that I cannot wait indefinitely since I urgently need a stable VPN for work, and I asked them to process my refund immediately.
At first, the company was replying to my emails within 10–15 minutes, but once I requested a refund, they stopped responding completely. It has now been hours with no reply, leaving me both frustrated and without the service I paid for.
I demand that Planet VPN issue my refund without further delay and improve transparency about their server quality. Customers should not be charged for a service that fails to deliver basic usability.
