I Face Lost Builder in PK XD After Two Days of Work

I play PK XD on the Android platform. Last night, I discovered that the builder I had been working on for about two days suddenly disappeared. I did not receive any error messages or warnings; the builder was simply gone.

My account information is cerosspkxd#7719. While creating the builder, I also spent in-game currency, which makes this loss even more frustrating.

This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and I have not tried any fixes or contacted support yet.

I am requesting that my builder be restored to my account as soon as possible and that my loss of time and in-game resources be addressed. Players should not lose their hard work and purchases without explanation.
