Hello, about a month ago, my PK XD account was hacked, and since then, I have been completely unable to recover it. What’s even more frustrating is that my account is still visible and clearly active in the game. This means whoever stole it is using it while I’m locked out from something I spent so much time and effort building.
I put countless hours into customizing my character and progressing in the game. It wasn’t just an account—it was something I genuinely cared about. Now, all that hard work is in someone else’s hands, and I’m left with no access and no support.
I have tried everything I can on my end to regain access, but I’ve hit a wall. The account is still active, which means recovery should be possible. I’m asking the support team at PK XD to please step in, verify ownership through any means necessary, and help me get my account back. This situation is extremely disheartening, and I would appreciate prompt assistance before more time and progress are lost.
