If someone stole your PK XD account and changed your email, you need to get in touch with PK XD help.
Fill out their Customer Experience form and click on "I lost access to my account."
Include your full in-game nickname and, if you bought anything, the latest receipt to show that you own it.
Even if you never set up an email address for that account, help can still look into it using your nickname; just be clear in the form about what's going on.
Don't use the links to recover your password or change your email address because they need access to your current (hijacked) email account, which you no longer have control of.
