I Face Account Hacked and No Support on PKXD

My PKXD account with the username “Eslemlovesduru” was hacked about 6 months ago. Since then, another person has full control of it. Both my password and Gmail address were changed, which means I cannot recover my account using the usual login or recovery options.

I tried to regain access, but I have not received any support from the game team. This has been very frustrating, as I simply want to play again with my original account. Thankfully, I did not make any in-game purchases before losing access, so there are no financial losses — but the time and effort I invested are gone unless I get my account back.

I kindly request the PKXD support team to help me recover my account and restore access. I believe accounts should be better protected and support should be more responsive in such cases. I only want my original account back.
