I Face Unauthorized Account Hacking in PK XD and Loss of Purchased Items

On August 12, 2025, my PK XD account with the username x** was hacked without my permission. The hacker changed both my password and email address, locking me out completely. My account username now appears as e*. This was the first time I have ever experienced such an incident in PK XD.

My account contained numerous special packages, pets, and purchased items, including Pamps, the Sanrio pet house, the Teddy Bear house, the Hello Kitty girl package, the My Melody girl package, the muscular bread bear, and many other exclusive in-game contents. I have been playing PK XD for about five years and have made multiple purchases via Play code and invoice payments over that time. Losing all of this feels extremely unfair.

I live in Antalya, Serik, and I have always logged in from my Android phone. However, after the hack, the login location showed as Zonguldak, which confirms unauthorized access. I have not yet contacted PK XD customer support, but I expect them to act immediately.

I request the full recovery of my account, the restoration of all purchased items, and any necessary security measures to prevent this from happening again. PK XD must take swift action to protect loyal players from such breaches.
