I Face Password Reset Email Not Receiving Issue in PKXD on iPhone and iPad
Since last night, I have been repeatedly trying to reset my password in PKXD using both my iPhone and iPad, but the process does not work as intended. My in-game username is Summer#58907, and my registered email address is a*******@icloud.com**. On the password reset screen, I enter my name and code, and the system confirms the process with a “successful” message. However, despite the prompt to “check your email,” I never receive any password reset link.
I have checked my spam and junk folders multiple times, but no email has arrived. Without this reset link, I cannot access my account at all.
I request that PKXD’s support team immediately send the password reset email to my registered address and ensure that the reset system functions properly for all players. This issue should be addressed urgently to prevent further account access problems.
