I Face Account Theft in PK XD and Loss of Purchased Kuromi Package and Pets

I have been playing PK XD since 2020, and my account kuromi #441140 contained many valuable items, including my 2019 pets and the purchased Kuromi package. On May 26, 2025, I was able to log in for the last time. Shortly after, my password was changed without my consent, and I have been locked out ever since. Despite trying to log in from different devices and using various methods, I could not regain access. I never received any password reset notification on my email or phone.

I believe my account was stolen by the user Unicorn #82718, who is allegedly both a PK XD YouTuber and a hacker. This individual’s actions have caused me to lose years of progress and exclusive in-game content that I invested both time and money into.

I demand the immediate recovery of my account, the restoration of all my pets and purchased items, and proper action taken against the hacker. I have dedicated years to building this account, and it is unacceptable for such breaches to go unresolved. PK XD must address this security issue urgently and ensure players are protected from similar incidents.
