PK XD Fails to Protect Children’s Accounts From Repeated Theft

In the PK XD game that my daughter plays, her valuable pets were stolen for the second time. Because of this situation, my child is crying uncontrollably, and this incident has truly upset our family. We use the account with the username “A101poşeti,” and another theft occurred on January 2.

My daughter’s pets were earned both through in-game effort and through purchases and paid memberships. We spent approximately $2 USD on this game, and despite that, it is unacceptable for the account to be harmed so easily. If there is such a serious security vulnerability in the game, why is no compensation provided to users who are affected?

I am requesting that the stolen pets in my daughter’s account be restored, that our paid membership and spending be taken into consideration, that the account be compensated urgently, and that the game’s security be improved. Otherwise, I will believe that the app developers are knowingly ignoring this situation.
