PK XD Unauthorized Login Caused Me to Lose My Pets

I play PK XD on an Android tablet. On September 10 around noon, I was playing the game when my connection was suddenly disconnected and I received a message saying, “You were disconnected because someone signed into your account from another device.” After seeing this warning, I realized that someone else had accessed my account without my permission.

After this unauthorized access, I lost valuable pets from my account. This is not just an issue I have experienced personally. I also see many people in the comments under Shorts videos reporting the same problem and saying that they quit the game because of it. People spend years working to collect their pets, only to lose them in a single day, and they do not feel that their accounts are adequately protected.

Because of what happened, I have started experiencing constant stress instead of enjoying the game. I am changing my account password and email for the first and last time, and I want to make it clear that if this happens again, I will quit the game completely. I request that the necessary measures be taken to improve account security, that the pets I lost after the unauthorized access be returned if possible, and that concrete steps be taken to prevent similar account theft and unauthorized access incidents from happening in the future.
