PK XD Logged Me Out and Now I’ve Lost Years of In-Game Progress

I have been playing PK XD for a long time and have been connected to the game with my account named “Muamua 6886.” I had everything on this account, which I have been using for about three years. However, while I was playing, I was suddenly logged out, and when I tried to log back in, I started receiving an English warning saying that my email address or password was incorrect, even though I was entering them correctly. Despite trying at least ten times, I am unable to access my account.

This account contains many items that I purchased using diamonds, coins, and real money, as well as my loyal companions, outfits, level, and houses. Being suddenly unable to access an account that I worked on and developed with so much effort over the years has made me extremely upset.

I am requesting that my account, under the username “Muamua 6886,” be fully restored and reopened, with all of my loyal companions, outfits, level, houses, and all in-game items returned exactly as they were. If my account cannot be restored, or if even a single item is missing, I am requesting a full refund of all the money I spent in the game.

As someone who has been playing this game for three years, I am asking for my effort and my account to be returned to me. I am truly very upset right now, and I want to emphasize how important this is to me—losing even one loyal companion from my account would mean a great deal to me.
