I Face Account Access Issue in PKXD on iOS Guest Account Without Email Registration

I have been unable to access my PKXD account on my iOS device for a long time. The account username is s****15#714, which I have been using as a guest account since 2022. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message saying, “Email required first!” However, when I originally created this account, I did not link it to any email address — it was only set up as a guest profile.

This account contains around 10 in-game purchases I paid for, including my “Summer 2021” t-shirt, space rocket house, Valentina package, and pillow. To recover my account, I went to the PKXD website and clicked on the “I Lost Access” option, but my account was never restored. I also could not reach any other official support channel for help.

I am requesting that PKXD restore my account along with all the purchased items linked to it. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly so that my in-game progress and paid content are not lost.
