PK XD Account Security Issue Shows Unauthorized Device Login

I am experiencing a security issue with my PK XD account, idilyt #999251. Today, while I was playing the game, a message appeared saying that my connection to the server had been disconnected because my account was signed in on another device. The message said, “You were disconnected from the server because you logged in on another device. Error: Deallocated.” This has happened twice in total, including today.

I can currently access my account, but despite seeing these warnings, I have never shared my account with anyone, used it on another device, or connected it to a third-party application. I had previously changed my password, but the same issue happened again today. This situation makes me concerned about the security of my account.

I ask the PK XD team to investigate my idilyt #999251 account, check whether there has been any unauthorized access, and ensure that my account is secure. I would also like the pets named Faisca and Sırlar Ayıcığı, which I believe were stolen from my account, to be returned to me. I would especially like to point out that Faisca was given to me as a gift on a special occasion and that I did not make any purchase for this pet. If necessary, please help me securely change my password again, fully protect my account, and provide me with a clear solution so that I do not experience this issue again.
