I Face Stolen PK XD Account on iOS and Need Level Progress Restored

Three days ago, my brother’s PK XD account (username: a**) was stolen. The account was played on the iOS platform and was originally linked to our old email address (a**@gmail.com**), which has since been closed by Google. After the theft, every login attempt results in the error message: “incorrect email and/or password.” The hacker also changed the username, completely blocking our access.
When the account was stolen, it was Level 19 and contained pets but no major in-game purchases or exclusive paid items. The account theft occurred in Konya. Since then, we have been unable to find an effective way to contact PK XD support, and we have not received any guidance or follow-up from them.
Our expectation is that all progress from the stolen account—including Level 19 status, pets, and other earned content—be fully transferred to a new account. We ask PK XD to contact us at c**@gmail.com** to confirm which account will receive the restored progress. We request that this issue be resolved promptly to restore what was lost.
