PK XD Pet Loss Highlights Weak Item Security

On New Year’s Day, two of my pets were taken from my PK XD account by my cousin, and this situation made me very upset. My account should not have been this easy to access, and I believe the game needs to provide stronger protection when it comes to account and item security.

I did not lose any additional items or coins; however, losing just two pets has significantly reduced my enjoyment of the game. I am requesting additional security measures so that other people cannot access players’ accounts so easily, and especially so that valuable items like pets cannot be taken so easily by others.

I kindly ask that the necessary improvements be made regarding account security so that similar issues do not happen again.
