I Lost Access to My PK XD Account After It Was Hacked and the Password Was Changed

About a week ago, my PK XD account was hacked, and the password was changed without my knowledge. I had been logging in regularly from both my iOS tablet and Android phone. Suddenly, I started receiving a message saying, “Email or password is incorrect” whenever I tried to log in. I attempted to reset my password, but the reset process failed every time.

My account was tied to the email b********@gmail.com**, and my username was most likely “tursuyt.” I had made in-game purchases and spent money on this account, so recovering it is extremely important to me. I reached out to PK XD support, but their response was disappointing—they said they couldn't help.

I’m asking the PK XD team to secure my account and restore access to it immediately. I can provide any required information to verify ownership. Please take action to return my account and protect it from further unauthorized access.
