I Report My PKXD Account Was Stolen Twice and I Lost Full Access
About 1–1.5 weeks ago, my PKXD account was hacked. At first, someone gained unauthorized access, changed both my email and password, and locked me out. The person later admitted what they did and gave me back my login credentials. However, the very next day, my email and password were changed again without my permission, and since then I have been completely unable to access my account.

I never shared my account with anyone, and I only ever logged in from my own Android device. I also never made any payments on the account, but I invested a lot of time and effort into building it up. Losing access in this way is very upsetting after all the progress I made.
So far, I have not contacted PKXD customer support, partly because I am not sure how to reach them. I urgently request to know which email address my account was changed to and to have my account restored back to me.
I expect PKXD to investigate this issue and return my account so that my efforts are not lost.
