PK XD Support Has Not Responded to My Hacked Account Complaint

My account in the PK XD game has been under the control of someone else without my permission for approximately one month. I was playing on an Apple tablet, and my account was originally registered with my personal email address, m************@icloud.com. One day, when I tried to log into the game, I realized that my password had been changed and I could no longer access my account.
The person who took over my account changed both the password and the username, added inappropriate expressions, and is currently using the account with the email address l****@gmail.com. I have been playing this game for a long time and purchased many expensive in-game packages over time. Seeing an account that I invested both money and effort into being misused in this way has caused me serious frustration and emotional distress.
I contacted the PK XD support team by email, but so far I have not received any response. I request that my account be fully returned to me, and I am willing to complete any necessary verification steps, including providing identification or proof of payment if required. I also want all of my previous purchases connected to the account to remain protected.
I request that the security of my account be restored, that the current inappropriate username and content be removed, and that the account be reopened for my personal use again. I kindly ask that my complaint be taken seriously and that I receive a response as soon as possible.
