PicsArt Charged My Card Without My Knowledge or Consent

My nephew downloaded the PicsArt app onto my phone without my knowledge or permission. He installed the app about one month ago, and I later deleted it from my phone. However, last night on January 19, 2026, I noticed that a charge of $12 was made to my Ziraat Bank debit card under the name PicsArt. I have no record of starting a subscription, approving a free trial, or authorizing any payment. It is very likely that my nephew may have unknowingly approved something without understanding it.

This charge was made entirely without my knowledge or consent. Even though the app was already removed from my phone, I do not accept being charged afterward. I have screenshots of the bank transaction/receipt related to this charge and can share them if requested.

I demand that the $12 charged by PicsArt without authorization be fully refunded to me, and that any subscription associated with my account be immediately and permanently canceled.
