PicsArt Charged Me ₺519 for Annual Plan Without Consent Despite Canceling Subscription

I previously had a subscription to the PicsArt app, but I canceled it in advance to avoid being charged. However, as soon as money was deposited into my account, PicsArt withdrew ₺519 without my permission—and just one day before my cancellation was due to take effect.

What makes this even worse is that I’m a student, and this money was important to me. I had no intention of renewing my subscription, especially not on an annual plan, yet I was charged the full amount with no warning, no confirmation prompt, and no authorization from my side.

This is completely unfair. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺519 that was wrongly taken from my account and expect PicsArt to respect cancellation deadlines moving forward.
