PicsArt Charged Over ₺2,000 Without Notice – Subscription Won’t Cancel

I signed up for PicsArt’s free trial, but without any warning, they charged me over ₺2,000! Even after canceling the subscription, I did not receive a refund, and now I am locked into a subscription until 2026.

This is completely unacceptable—I don’t even use this app, and I wasn’t properly informed about the charge. To make matters worse, I didn’t even sign up with my email, yet they still billed me.

PicsArt, this is unfair and misleading! I demand an immediate refund and cancellation of this unwanted subscription. You cannot charge users without consent and then refuse to return their money. Fix this now!
