PIA VPN Customer Support Not Responding

I signed up for a one-month trial of PIA VPN. Without my approval, the membership was renewed automatically and money was charged to my card. When I try to delete my account, I am unable to do so. I keep receiving notifications from different screens, but there is no way to actually delete the account.
I emailed customer service but have not received any response. I have tried contacting them multiple times and have not been able to resolve the issue.
