Claritycheck.com Charged Me Monthly After Trial—Can’t Log In to Cancel Subscription

I started a subscription on Claritycheck.com only for a 7-day trial, but once the trial ended, monthly charges began to be withdrawn from my account. I tried to cancel the subscription by logging in with both my email (Gmail) and my phone number, but the system keeps saying that a verification code has been sent—even though I never receive a code. Neither my email nor my phone gets any messages, so I’m unable to log in to my account and cancel the subscription.
A fee has been charged every month, and this month $15 was withdrawn. It turns out I’ve been paying since July without realizing it. The only email I ever received from Claritycheck.com was the initial signup message—no invoices, no notifications, no reminders. There was also no clear information provided about the membership terms or the cancellation policy. The subscription only stopped after I renewed my card, as payments could no longer be processed.
I request a full refund of all charges made for this subscription that I never used and was unable to cancel.
