If you can’t cancel your PIA VPN subscription and still got billed, here’s what you should do;
Check subscription status first;
• Log in → PIA Account → Billing / Subscription
• Confirm:
– Current plan
– Renewal date
– Auto-renew status
• Screenshot subscription page
Try cancelling again properly;
• In PIA dashboard → Cancel subscription
• Confirm on screen (look for “Cancelled”/“Expires on”)
• Check email for cancellation confirmation
• Screenshot all steps
Check where you subscribed;
• If via App Store / Google Play:
– Open Subscriptions → Cancel there
– Screenshot cancellation status
Contact PIA Support;
• Explain you couldn’t cancel but were still billed
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge date & amount
– Cancellation attempt screenshots
• Request:
– Refund
– Written cancellation confirmation
– Auto-renew turned off
