Pdfe.com Charged Me Without Consent — How to Get a Refund Fast

On November 1, 2025, I purchased a one-time trial membership on pdfe.com just to test the service. However, before my trial ended and without any prior notification, a monthly charge of $58 was withdrawn from my account. The payment was made using my card ending in 8517.
I immediately canceled my subscription and contacted the company via email through their website to request a refund, but I never received any response. There is also no live chat or phone support available, leaving me no other way to resolve the issue.
I request a full refund of the unauthorized charge and urge the company to implement proper consumer protection measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. I have also filed a formal complaint with the relevant authorities regarding this issue.
