Check your subscription and charge;
• Log in → PIA account → Billing / Subscription
• Confirm:
– Plan type & renewal date
– Amount charged
– Whether auto-renew was on
• Screenshot subscription page
Check your bank/card statement;
• Note:
– Exact amount
– Date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the charge
Cancel auto-renew immediately;
• In PIA settings → Turn off auto-renew
• Confirm cancellation email (screenshot)
Contact PIA Support;
• Write that you were charged extra after renewal
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (subscription + bank)
• Ask them to:
– Explain why renewal charge occurred
– Refund the extra amount
– Confirm auto-renew is off
