Unable to Log Into Pi Network App on iPhone 15 Due to Wallet Balance Error
Since 01.09.2025, I have been unable to access my Pi Network account on my iPhone 15, as every login attempt with both password and Face ID results in the error message: (“An error occurred while loading your wallet balance”). I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, switching between different internet networks, and resetting my password, but none of these steps resolved the issue. My account username is @t**. So far, I have not been able to reach Pi Network customer support regarding this matter. I urgently request that my account be reviewed, the login issue fixed, and my full access to the application restored as soon as possible.
