My Pi Wallet Was Hacked — 1,270 Pi Missing Without Authorization
On September 23, 2025, I noticed that a total of 1,270 Pi was transferred from my Pi Wallet account to another wallet without my authorization. I didn’t receive any notifications regarding this transaction, and I certainly did not make the transfer myself. Around the same time, I also saw two failed login attempts to other wallets. My wallet already had Face ID and other security measures enabled, and I have no reason to believe that anyone else had physical access to my device.
When I realized the issue, I immediately contacted Pi Wallet’s support team and provided screenshots as evidence. However, I was redirected to a Telegram group where I was told that they could not offer any assistance. I still have access to my wallet and managed to transfer the remaining balance to a different wallet for safety.
I request that the 1,270 Pi that was wrongfully transferred be restored to my wallet and that necessary security improvements be implemented to prevent similar breaches in the future. I also ask for a detailed investigation and official explanation regarding how this unauthorized transfer occurred.
