Pi Network Mainnet Stuck at Step 9 With 2FA Warning for 6 Months

I have been an active user of Pi Network since 2019, but for the past six months, my Mainnet checklist has been stuck at Step 9 due to a persistent 2FA security warning showing in orange. Despite completing all necessary steps, the verification does not progress, leaving my account frozen in this stage.
My username is e*, and I use the application on an iOS device. To resolve this issue, I contacted Pi Network support, reinstalled the app, and carefully re-did every required verification step. However, I have never received any response from support, and the problem continues without any solution.
This ongoing issue has caused me both lost time and frustration, as I am unable to access the Pi coins I have accumulated over the years. A platform that expects commitment from its users should not leave them stranded without communication or assistance.
I request that Pi Network review my account verifications again, fix the 2FA error, and ensure that my Mainnet progress is updated so I can finally access my balance.
