Pi Network Login Problem — Password Reset Link Not Working

I have been unable to log into my Pi Network account on my Android phone for about a month. Since I forgot my password, I’ve tried to reset it using both my verified email address and phone number, but I never receive the verification or reset code. My contact information was previously verified on my account, so I’m sure it’s correct. My account has a balance of 1,050 Pi coins, and I’m unable to access them, which has caused significant inconvenience.

I attempted to contact the Pi Network support team, but I wasn’t able to get any response or help. My account is registered under the username “Şeyhmus A”** and the phone number ending in 537. I haven’t tried logging in from a different device or network. During the password reset process, I don’t receive any error message — the reset code simply never arrives.

I request technical assistance to regain access to my account and recover my 1,050 Pi balance. I also ask that this issue be investigated so that similar problems don’t happen to other users.
