Pi Network KYC Approved but Transfer Failed – Coins Returned to App
Even though my KYC was approved and my Pi transfer to the mainnet was initiated, my coins were sent back to the Pi app instead of being transferred to the mainnet. This happened just days before the unlock date, which seems highly suspicious.
I can’t help but feel like this was done intentionally, as many other users are also experiencing the same issue. How can Pi Network claim to be a serious project while causing so much inconvenience to its users? People have spent years mining Pi, only to face these kinds of issues at a critical moment.
Pi Network, fix this now! You are frustrating users and damaging your credibility.

I transferred all my coins on Pi to my wallet. A few days before the unlocking, they were sent back. Even though I completed all verifications including KYC, email, phone, and Facebook. It is obvious that they are acting in bad faith. Shame on you. We can't reach anyone to talk to. I have written before and received no response.
