Pi Network delayed my token migration despite meeting KYC requirements; how can I get my tokens transferred?

Several things could be causing this problem, such as missing steps in the Mainnet Checklist, a possible KYC status, or a lock-up rate that isn't set up correctly.

It is important to make sure that all of the steps in the Mainnet Checklist are fully finished, as any action that is still not taken can slow down the migration process.

Pi Network has also set March 14, 2025, at 8:00 AM UTC as the end time for KYC and Mainnet migration. If you don't finish these steps by this date, you might lose most of your Pi balance, besides tokens that were mined in the six months before the transfer.

If you've made sure that all the necessary steps have been taken and are still experiencing problems, you should get help from Pi Network's support team.

You can email them at [email protected] or use the official support page at https://minepi.com/support/.

If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
