I completed all 9 required steps on Pi Network to finalize my Mainnet transfer. Initially, the coins were successfully moved to my wallet. However, shortly afterward, the system updated the status as “returned”, and now my coins have been sent back to the app and are once again on hold. This is incredibly frustrating after waiting days for the wallet to activate.
I received a message mentioning an email verification requirement, which I promptly completed again, but nothing has changed since. The coin migration is still stuck, and my balance is in limbo despite having followed every step correctly.
This seems to be a widespread issue, and yet no clear explanation or resolution has been provided. I demand a timely and transparent fix for this "status returned" problem and for my coins to be properly transferred to my wallet without further delays. It's unacceptable to leave users in uncertainty after completing every required step in good faith.
