Wellcare Provim Kids Caused Allergy in My Child After Two Uses

I purchased the Wellcare Provim Kids product on October 11, 2024, for my child, but unfortunately, it caused an allergic reaction after just two uses. I spent ₺395 on this product, and now it feels like my money has gone to waste. A product intended for children should be carefully formulated to avoid allergens and ensure safety.

I request immediate action to address this issue, as it’s unacceptable for a children’s health product to cause such harm. Companies must prioritize making their products allergen-free to prevent such incidents. I expect Wellcare to offer a refund or an appropriate solution and take steps to ensure their products are safe for all children.
