Philips XC7043 Cordless Handheld Vacuum Broken with a Simple Fall




Hello, I purchased the Philips XC7043 Cordless Handheld Vacuum from Evkur store two months ago. The product slipped and fell from where I placed it just once, resulting in the vacuum head breaking. This is a brand-new product that I bought with confidence in its brand. However, when I reached out to the technical service for warranty support, they are asking me to pay for repairs. How can a product from such a big company be this low in quality? Why did I choose it then? I bought this product because I trusted the company and the brand. But there is no support for the product. They are requesting payment from me. It's unbelievable that a product I recently purchased can break with a simple fall. I believe the company should stand behind its product and provide the necessary repairs. This is my expectation from the company. I hope the warranty has some meaning and the company will perform the required repairs or actions. It is necessary for them to do so. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken.
