So, last year we bought this device as part of our wedding stuff, and we've been using it a lot for just a month. we went with Philips, thinking they'd give us some top-notch stuff, but now we're stuck dealing with this problem. The service team said that they gotta replace the panel, and they think it might take one to two weeks to fix. I'm just like, how the heck did this even happen with a brand that's supposed to be reliable? Who's gonna take the blame for the hassle I'm dealing with because of this problem?
