It is a Philips 70PUS7805/12 70" 178 Screen Ambilight 4K UHD Smart TV that I bought in July 2021. The serial number is FZ3A2041084197. Even though the warranty period is over, you told me that up to 7 pixels was normal when I first called you. The pixel problem has gotten worse, and I'm now seeing pixel errors on the screen. You can now see red, pink, and green lines. No physical damage has been done to the TV, and the screen protector I bought from you is still in place. I'm asking for help to fix this problem because the quality has gotten worse. We would really appreciate it if you could help us solve this problem.
