My Philips 8807 TV Ambilight Issue Not Unresolved for a Month


I purchased the Philips 8807 50-inch TV in August, and within a month, I encountered an issue with Ambilight. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem through both Philips and a private service provider, there has been no solution. I closed Ambilight, but three instances remain open. After a month of waiting, I've been advised to await a response from Philips. This situation is unprecedented for me, given my ten-year history of relying on Philips products at home. I hope Philips addresses and resolves this issue promptly or considers replacing my TV.
