Philips 3D Tv Cracked Panels and Negligence

In the aftermath of an earthquake, both of my Philips televisions suffered panel cracks. I promptly took the 3D-enabled TV to an authorized service center, hoping for a quick repair. However, it has been a month, and the TV is still not fixed. While other brands are generous in providing repair discounts, Philips has shown no willingness to extend any discounts or resolve our issue. Our attempts to reach customer service have been met with indifference. I have decided to retrieve the television and will be taking the matter to the Consumer Court. This disappointing experience has taught me a lesson, and I vow to never again set foot in Philips' doors unless they fix the problem soon.
