Philips Ambilight TV 650LED809 65" Disturbing Sound Problem

I purchased my Philips Ambilight TV 65OLED809 65'' model about 5 months ago. Since the first day, the TV has been making a constant and disturbing noise whenever I pause videos in apps. I also experience slowness and freezing when switching between apps. When I connect speakers via optical audio, sound issues occur, and when watching movies through USB, the TV does not save the playback point after being turned off and restarts the movie from the beginning. I contacted Philips customer service about these problems and a service team was sent, but they stated the noise was normal and offered no solution. My TV is still under warranty, and my invoice number is ALN2025000007315. Considering these multiple issues despite the product being new, I am requesting a refund from Philips.
