Philips 50PUS7609 TV Screen Keeps Going Dark - I Want a Refund
I purchased a Philips 50PUS7609/62 television about a month ago, and since the day I bought it, I have been experiencing a screen darkening issue. I tried using the TV with different outlets and checked for software updates, but the problem was not resolved. The screen darkens every 5 minutes, which completely ruins my viewing experience. I have called Philips customer service many times to resolve the issue, but the gentleman who answered spoke rudely before I could even fully explain the problem and then hung up on me. None of the numbers or places he referred me to worked either. When I tried to explain the issue again, he simply said “there is nothing to do” and hung up once more. This approach not only prevented me from finding a solution but also worsened my grievance. My product is under warranty, and I have the invoice. To resolve this situation, I request a refund for the television, for which I paid ₺19,000. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
