Philips Aqua 8000 Vacuum Foot Broken And Not Repaired Under Warranty




I have been using the Philips Aqua 8000 Series cordless vacuum cleaner for about 8 months. Today, the connection point of the vacuum’s foot broke. I purchased the product under warranty. After the issue occurred, I contacted the store where I bought it, and they informed me that a replacement part would come from the service center and that the repair would be charged. However, since my product is still under warranty, I do not accept being asked to pay for this type of malfunction. I request that the product be repaired free of charge under the warranty.
