Philips Sold Me a Faulty Xc8053/01 Vacuum Cleaner That Needs a Replacement Part
I bought a Philips Xc8053/01 upright vacuum cleaner from hepsiburada.com about 4 months ago. The extension tube of the vacuum cleaner started to come in and out by itself. If it continues like this, it will break as shown in the picture. I have been using the product with care and only for household cleaning, so I did not expect such an issue in a short time. This clearly points to a defect in the design or quality of the extension tube. Another problem is that the filter icon constantly appears on the screen. I tried cleaning and reinstalling the filter, but the warning still does not go away. I request that the part be replaced before it breaks.
