Philips Air Purifier Sold Without User Manual or Warranty Document

On December 4, 2025, I purchased a Philips AC2939/10 air purifier from the seller Kolaysepet through the Pazarama platform. When I opened the box, I found that neither a warranty certificate nor a user manual was included with the product.

Because of this, I contacted Philips customer service via WhatsApp, and I was informed that a Turkish-language user manual for this product is not available. However, under current regulations, I am aware that a Turkish user manual is required to be provided with the product, and I do not find this omission acceptable.

For the product associated with order number 917901933, I request that the Turkish user manual and the warranty certificate be provided to me as soon as possible. I also request a clear and written explanation as to why these documents were not included with the product at the time of delivery.
